Refund and Cancellation Policy

Billing and Payment Terms

Customers will be charged a one-time fee of $19.99 USD (or the equivalent in INR) + 18% GST for full access to the Medium Writing Challenge with AI (PRO). Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or UPI apps as provided by the customer during the registration process. All payments will be processed in either U.S. dollars or Indian Rupees.

Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 7-day refund window for all purchases, no questions asked.

• Eligibility for Refund:
  Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.

• How to Request a Refund:
  Simply email info@indishmarketer.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your payment details. Your refund will be processed promptly within 5-7 business days.

• After 7 Days:
  Refunds will not be granted for requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may choose to cancel their access to the Medium Writing Challenge with AI (PRO) at any time.

• How to Cancel:
  To cancel, email info@indishmarketer.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your registration details.

• Cancellation Terms: Cancellation can be made at any time.
  However, cancellations made after the 7-day refund window will not be eligible for a refund.
